Amanda Fifi, MD
Biography:
Amanda C. Fifi, MD is a board-certified pediatric gastroenterologist and nutrition specialist at KIDZ Medical Services. She completed her residency and fellowship in pediatric gastroenterology at Holtz Children’s Hospital/University of Miami. Dr. Fifi is board-certified by the American Board of Pediatrics, the American Board of Pediatric Gastroenterology, and the National Board of Physician Nutrition Specialists. She has also won the DIGEST award, which is a prestigious 3-year Cystic Fibrosis Foundation grant for specialized gastroenterology training in the field of cystic fibrosis. Dr. Fifi has authored many articles in the fields of pediatric gastroenterology and nutrition in various medical journals.
Prior to joining KIDZ Medical, she served as the director of pediatric nutrition at the Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition Department at University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. At UM, she also served in the Pediatric Gastroenterology Department as the associate program director of the Pediatric Gastroenterology Fellowship and as an associate professor.
From 2015-2025, she served on the Jackson Memorial Hospital Pediatric Feedback Committee and on the Jackson Memorial Hospital Pediatric Gastroenterology Fellowship Recruitment Committee.
